Welcome to RICHICA. These Terms of Use apply to your use of richica.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

RICHICA is developing a collection of personalized gifts and celebration details in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Site currently introduces our brand and invites visitors to join our launch list. Products shown or described are in development and are not yet available for purchase through the Site.

Images, descriptions, materials, designs, prices, and launch plans may change. Displaying a product or concept does not guarantee that it will be offered for sale.

If you join the launch list, you may receive updates about RICHICA and its first collection. You can ask to stop receiving marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in an email or contacting us at hello@richica.com.

The launch list offer is 10% off your first eligible purchase when RICHICA launches. It is limited to one use per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. Additional details, including eligible products and how to redeem the offer, will be provided before the offer can be used. Joining the list does not require a purchase and does not guarantee early access to any particular product.

You may use the Site for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful material, or use its content in a way that infringes the rights of RICHICA or others.

The RICHICA name, logo, text, graphics, and other original Site content belong to RICHICA or their respective owners. You may view the Site and share links to it, but you may not reproduce or use its content commercially without permission.

The Site may link to or use third-party services, including a form for joining the launch list and social media platforms. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. RICHICA is not responsible for the content or operation of third-party websites.

We may update, change, or temporarily suspend the Site as we develop RICHICA. We may also revise these Terms of Use. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

We aim to keep the Site accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RICHICA is not liable for losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
